Owner Karl Hano has spent over three decades grilling, smoking, frying, boiling, and baking, perfecting his techniques and recipes for family and friends. Everyone told him he should pursue his passion for cooking and so he did! He started out grilling at home for parties then purchased his large smoker. From there, he acquired his rotisserie smoker trailer, then his double grill and finally his flaming travel trailer. This allows Karl to barbeque on site for all of your needs.
Support Local Business
Karl loves to support local business. He is often promoting local family owned business.
Family Participation
You will often see his son Ethan or one of his cousins or brother from another mother working side by side with Karl sharing his love for grilling.
Where you at???
Many locals know Karl's barbeque and look forward to open parties, cookouts, or festivals. They all want to swing by for a dinner or two (or six). He only has to post IYKYK and everyone replies "where you at???"
